VISTA VALLE DEVELOPMENT
This project is located lower down then El Valle where there is less wind yet it is still high enough to have cooler weather and view out to the ocean from every lot. It is also priced lower then most of the stuff higher up in El Valle. Location is 8 km up the road to El Valle then you turn off to the left just after the school El Copecito. Proceed about 300 meters and the project is on the left side of the road. this project has ample green areas with trails meandering along the small stream and places to sit and watch the water falls and pools for fish and wild life. Native trees and habitat is being restored along the water way for everyones enjoyment. The large lots and winding roads give this upper end development a privet estate country feel with in the community.
